My eating habits
For breakfast, I have three pieces of bread with scrambled egg and a cup of quaker with green apple or a cup of Chapo, it's my favorite; at approximately 10 a.m. I eat fruit (banana, apple, or tangerine).
For lunch in my family, we prepare a variety of food (rice with chicken, escabeche, spaghetti, etc.), but the predominant food is always vegetables.
At dinner, I usually eat a lot, and only sometimes I try to restrain myself and prepare a glass of milk or a cup of coffee and accompany it with bread and cheese.
